🛒 Ordering & Digital Delivery

Q: What exactly am I buying?
A: You are purchasing a digital product, such as a Google Sheets template, Microsoft Excel file, or printable PDF. No physical item will be mailed to you.

Q: How do I receive my product after purchase?
A: Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your files. You can download them directly from the website, and a download link will also be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Q: I didn’t receive my download link/email. What should I do?
A: First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at :

Q: What do I need to use these templates?
A: It depends on the product:

  • PDF Printables: A PDF reader (like Adobe Acrobat) and a printer if you wish to print them.

Q: Are the templates customizable?
A: Yes! All templates are fully editable. You can add text, change colors, and input your own data. Step-by-step instructions are included with your download.

Q: I'm not tech-savvy. Are these difficult to use?
A: Not at all! Templates are user-friendly, with clear instructions. Our support team is also available to assist if needed.

Q: Can I use these on my phone or tablet?
A: Yes!

  • Google Sheets works on all devices via the app or web browser.

  • Microsoft Excel has mobile apps available.

  • PDFs can be viewed on any device that supports PDF files.

Q: The formulas aren’t working correctly. What’s wrong?

Q: Do I get free updates?
A: Yes! You receive lifetime access to the version purchased. Major updates may have a discounted upgrade path for existing customers.

Q: Can I resell or redistribute these templates?
